What is a Same Day Fast Track UK Visa Service?
A Same Day Fast Track Service is a premium service offered by the Home Office for certain eligible categories of Leave To Remain (LTR) or Further Leave To Remain (FLR) applications. The Home Office considers Tier 1 General, Indefinite Leave To Remain (certain categories) and Tier 1 Post Study Work applications as premium services and you should contact us to find out whether your application can be submitted as a same day premium service.
The Home Office typically charges £200 for this same day premium service. This charge of £200 is additional to the standard application fee that you pay to the Home Office which is charged for a Same Day service.
Do you charge any extra fees for Fast Track Same Day Applications?
Yes, we charge from £150 for submitting your fast track application to the Home Office. These fees are additional to our usual professional charges.
Is there a guarantee that I will get UK Visa/Leave To Remain on the same day?
If your case is fairly straightforward, we may be able to get your passport back on the same day. However when there is some complication with the case, or when the caseworker is unable to make a decision on the spot, the Home Office accepts the application and their decision is conveyed by post.
Which types of application can be dealt with on the same day?
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) applications can be dealt with on the same day.
ILR applications can be fast-tracked if you have:
- Been working in the UK continuously for five years or more in Work Permit approved employment
- Been continuously for five years or more in a combination of Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), Tier 1 General, or UK Work Permit stay
- Held UK Ancestry status continuously for five years or more
- Been continuously in the UK for two years or more on a Spouse/Partner Visa
The following type of applications for extension, or for a change of visa category can be fast-tracked:
- Extension to Student Visa
- Further Leave to Remain if you have an approved Tier 1 (General Extension)
- Tier 1 (PSW visa)
- Further Leave to Remain with an approved Tier 2 Visa or Tier Extension

- Unmarried Partner Visa applications
